The Truth About The End Times E-book may be redistributed by anyone so long as they have a copy obtained by legitimate means (not stolen or bootlegged) and a $0.99 royalty fee is paid to Dave Nettles Gospel Music for each copy made for redistribution. No other copying is allowed, with the exception that each downloaded copy may be copied to a CD/R or DVD and a second CD/R or DVD for backup archive. Each copy obtained already on a CD or DVD may be copied to a second CD/R or DVD for a backup archive. All files and images must remain in original form. ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED! A link titled "CD label" is included in the Chapter List, which must be printed to a blank CD Label and affixed to each redistributed copy. Some margin adjustment may be necessary for your printer and browser to correctly print the label. A top margin setting of 0.52 works on my printer. We recommend printing a sample prior to printing the actual label. We will not be responsible for any losses or damage arising from the use, downloading or copying of our files, with the exception of faulty files or images, and in this event our liability shall be limited to replacement of the defective files or images. This, however, only applies to copies downloaded from Dave Nettles Gospel Music. Dave Nettles Gospel Music will not be responsible for files obtained from a third party, even though royalties were paid to us, as we have no control over the preservation or integrity of files on a third party Web Site. The download Zip file must be included on all CD's for easy Web redistribution. The zip file may be sold for download, so long as the $0.99 royalty is paid for each download, but the unzipped version may not be posted anywhere on the Internet for free viewing.
